General: we are an independent agent and offer a bespoke booking service which is free of charge. The apartments on our website are either owned or managed by a third-party accommodation provider. After a booking has been made, the contractual relationship is entirely between the guest/s and the provider/s. Our accommodation providers have different Terms & Conditions and brief details are published on each property page on our website. The provider’s full details may be included in the booking confirmation and/or are found on the provider’s own websites.
Payments: our various apartment providers require credit or debit card details to secure an apartment and most charge at the time of booking. Some accept payments only by use of a secure online link. For medium to long term corporate stays, payment can be made through bank transfer based on receipt of an invoice – subject to prior agreement. Some providers charge a security deposit, which is refunded shortly after departure if there are no breakage or damages in the apartment. Telephone charges and requested extras, such as additional cleaning, theatre tickets, airport transfer, dry cleaning etc. must always be settled before departure.
