To secure an apartment, credit or debit card details are required and payments are charged by our providers. Most charge at the time of booking and some on arrival. For long term corporate stays, payments can be made by invoice through bank transfer subject to prior agreement.
Some companies ask for a security deposit, which is refunded in full shortly after check-out if there are no damages or breakages in the apartment. However, guests should be aware that they are liable for all damages, not limited to a deposit. Telephone charges and requested extras, such as additional cleaning, theatre tickets, airport transfer, dry cleaning etc. must always be settled before departure. We make all efforts to give correct information at the time of booking, however we cannot be held responsible by faults or acts caused by any third party.
