Terms & Conditions

Payment by a secure link online is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed for medium to long term corporate stays. An agreement with Terms & Conditions will be issued in the guest's name of the booking and a link will be send for signature online.

Security/Damage deposit: a deposit may be charged to cover for any breakage or damages and the amount will be confirmed at the time of enquiry. It will be refunded when the provider has checked the apartment. Guests should be aware that they are responsible for all damages in the apartment, not limited to the deposit amount. VAT/tax is not charged on the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: is 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within this period will be charged for the full stay or maximum 30 nights. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Check-in: the property has self-check-in with access codes to the building and apartments. For security reasons they change on a regular basis and will therefore only be issued a few days before arrival.

Note: the apartments have a strict no party policy and parties are not permitted. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11 pm. The apartments are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, a fine will be charged to cover for special cleaning. The property does not accept pets, but guide dogs may be permitted subject to prior agreement.
