Security Deposit: a security deposit of £150-250 is required depending on the number of guests in the apartments. This will be refunded in full once the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 14 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy: notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge. Stays of 7-14 nights cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Stays of 15 or more nights cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 14 nights’ stay
