Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Please note the main guest must be over 25 years of age and no parties or social gatherings are allowed.
Cancellation policy:
- For bookings of 14 to 28 nights, 7 working days’ notice prior to date of arrival
- For bookings of 29 to 89 nights, 14 working days’ notice prior to date of arrival
- For bookings of 90 nights of more, 28 working days’ notice prior to date of arrival
Deposit: £1000 which is refunded if there are no damages or breakage in the apartment
