Cancellation prior to arrival:
7-28 nights - 7 days prior to arrival
28 nights+ - 14 days prior to arrival
Deposit & Damages: a deposit is not required, but guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking will be kept informed of potential charges and documented and photographic evidence will be made available. Charges will be billed to the original booking credit card unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure.
