Payment by secure online link is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights charge
29+ nights: 2 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights charge
Security deposit: £250 including VAT which is fully refunded after departure if there are no breakage or damages in the apartment.
Pet fee: non-refundable charges.
7-28 nights stay: £150 one off fee excluding VAT
29+ nights stay: £35 per week excluding VAT
