Terms & Conditions
Card details are required to secure an apartment and payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Identity document (passport, driving license, etc.) and the card used to make the booking must be provided at check-in. For bookings made with special non-refundable and non-cancellable rates, payment is due at the time of booking. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Maestro cards are accepted.
Cancellation policy:
7 – 29 nights – notice 7 days prior to arrival
30 – 89 nights – 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
90+ nights – 21 days’ notice prior to arrival
No shows will be charged for the full length of stay and is non-refundable.
General: guests are responsible to pay for any breakage and damages in the apartments. £250 will be charged if smoking is detected in the apartment or within the building.
