Note: the rates are subject to availability, season and length of stay, excluding 20% VAT - tax for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter. VAT on the service element (cleaning) of the rent is calculated @ 20% throughout the course of tenancy. Please contact us for a quote.
Terms & Conditions
The minimum stay is 28 nights, subject to a signed tenancy agreement. Payment is due at the time of booking by secure link online, unless otherwise agreed. For long term stays invoices can be issued monthly or quarterly, payable by credit card online or by bank transfer.
Security deposit: is 4 weeks rent including VAT, but negotiable subject to length of stay. If the guest has a pet, there is a £350 cleaning fee and additional 2 weeks rent deposit which will be refunded within 14 working days after departure if there are no breakages or damages in the apartment. However, please note that guests are responsible to pay for all damages, not limited to the deposit. A credit card pre-authorization of £150 is required upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: if a confirmed booking is cancelled 28 days prior to arrival date, there is no cancellation charge. Reservations cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, 1 week rent will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, 3 weeks rent will be charged in high season 1 May – 30 September and for 2 weeks in low season 1 October to 30 April.
