Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights stay: 1 week notice prior to arrival or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights charge
29+ nights stay: 3 weeks’ notice prior to arrival or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights charge

Security Deposit: £250 including 20% VAT - UK tax. The deposit amount is pre-authorised to the guest’s credit card and is fully refundable after departure if there are no breakage or damages in the apartment.

Pet fees: non-refundable charges.
5-28 nights stay: £150 one off fee excluding VAT
29+ nights stay: £35 per week excluding VAT
