Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights stay - 7 days’ notice is required to avoid 100% charge
28+ nights stay - 14 days’ notice is required to avoid a penalty of 14 nights.
Cancellation after arrival: the above notice periods also apply to early departures. The rate may be higher if a stay is made shorter than the original booking.
Deposit & Damages: guests are responsible to pay for any damages caused during their stay. The provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired. The main guest will be notified of any potential charges and documents/photographic evidence will be available.
