Terms & Conditions
Credit card details are required to make a reservation. VISA, MasterCard & AMEX are accepted. Any card used to place a reservation must belong to the main guest. The provider reserves the right to obtain validation of card details or verification of the authenticity and ownership before accepting a reservation. All bookings of up to 7 nights will be subject to a pre-authorisation deposit of £50 per night, up to a maximum of £350. If the guest has incurred any incidental and/or dilapidation charges, these will be charged to the credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
4-7 nights - 48 hours prior to arrival
8-28 nights - 7 days prior to arrival
29-89 night - 14 days prior to arrival
90+ nights - subject to length of stay
