Payment is due 6 weeks prior to date of arrival or at the time of booking, if it's made less than 6 weeks prior to check-in. Guests must complete a registration form on arrival. A photocopy of the card holder’s passport or driving license is required. Credit card accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Switch.
Cancellation Policy:
Within 6 weeks of arrival: full refund excluding £50 administration fee. 14 days prior to arrival: the deposit is retained. Less than 14 days prior to arrival: no refund entitlement

Deposits will be refunded after departure minus any incidental and/or agreed on dilapidation charges. Guests will be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity
