Terms & Conditions
Payment: card details are required to secure an apartment and the rent is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy: notification to cancel or reduce a stay is 14 days prior to arrival or the full accommodation cost will be charged. The policy will vary depending on length of stay and season. We will advise at the time of enquiry.
Security Deposit: please note that a security deposit is required on arrival to cover for any incidental breakage or damages that may occur during the stay. The amount will differ depending on type of apartment, season and length of stay, which we will advise at the time of enquiry. The authorization on the guest credit card will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance and if there are no breakages or damages in the apartment.
Smoking: the apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes use of all substances, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
