Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking by secure link online unless otherwise agreed. For stays over 3 months a tenancy agreement is required and rent can be paid by bank transfer by prior arrangement with the property Management.
Cancellation policy:
31+ days prior to arrival: no charge
30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of the first month’s rent
14 – 8 days prior to arrival: 75% charge of the first month’s rent
7 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of the first month’s rent
The same notice period is required for early departure.

Security/Damage deposit:
Up to 3 months stay: no deposit is charged, but companies or guests are responsible to pay for breakage/damages.
3 months+: 4 weeks rent.
