Terms & Conditions
Payment is charged the time of booking. For in-house guests who want to extend their stays (subject to availability), the rent is due before the next period.
Deposit: pre-authorization of £200 (£500 for Penthouse) will be taken from the card upon arrival. This will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidental bills. On move out, all keys must be returned. £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date.
Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights stay - 72 hours before arrival date
28-90 nights stay - 7 days before arrival date
91+ nights stay- 14 days before arrival date
For group bookings, special cancellation terms apply, depending on the season, number of guests and length of stay.
