Terms & Conditions
Minimum stay is 28 nights, subject to a signed tenancy agreement. The full rent including VAT (tax) is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed for long term corporate bookings.
Security/Damage deposit: 4 weeks rent is required, which is refunded within 15 working days after check-out, if there are no damages/breakages in the apartment.
Cancellation Policy:
28 days prior to arrival or 14 days once in-house.
