Terms & Conditions
Card information and a signed booking form is required to confirm a reservation. The full rent will be charged at the time of booking. For stays more than 1 month, the first month is charged prior to check-in and the card will be charged on a monthly basis.
Deposit: the credit card details will be held as a guarantee to cover any loss and damages. An inventory list will be given guests at the time of arrival and this will be checked on departure. Smoking in the apartment will incur a penalty fee
