Payment: credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment. Rent for stays less than 30 nights is due at the time of booking. For longer stays it’s subject to prior agreement, but due before check-in.
Cancellation Policy: is 14 days prior to arrival date, regardless length of stay. Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. The policy also applies to in-house guests should stay be shortened.
Note: the apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
