The Old Town Apartments are just steps from the bustling Royal Mile. They range from open plan studio to 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. There are also 2 penthouses with spectacular city views and a one-of-a-kind 2 bedroom townhouse with its own private entrance. The apartments sleep 1 to 6 guests and have different shapes, sizes and “personality”. All have a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and every apartment provide luxury extras to make your stay special. The building has 24-hour Concierge & Reception desk and guests have free access to the in-house gym. Housekeeping is provided daily (subject to length of stay) and unlimited Internet is free of charge. The area offer a great variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Princes Street, the Scottish National Gallery, National Museum of Scotland and Edinburgh Waverley train station are within a short walk.

Terms & Conditions
Credit card details are required to make a reservation. All card are accepted. Card used to book must belong to the main guest. The provider reserves the right to obtain validation of card details and/or verification of the authenticity and ownership before accepting a reservation. All bookings of up to 7 nights are subject to a pre-authorisation deposit of £50 per night, up to a maximum of £350. Incidental and/or dilapidation charges will be charged to the credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
7-90 nights stay - 21 days notice prior to arrival. Notice made less than 21 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total amount due to up to 3 weeks rent.
