Terms & Conditions
A credit card authorization form must be completed and signed, for cardholder to agree that the card is charged. Switch/Maestro, Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but not Amex and Diners. A short tenancy agreement is also required and a passport copy for identification, before access is given to the apartment.
Payment: the total rent plus 1 week deposit is due before check-in. The deposit is refunded after departure, if there are no damages or breakage to the apartment.
Cancellation: 1 week payment is charged at the time of booking, which is non-refundable if the apartment is cancelled.
Stays 3 months or longer: 1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit is dure before check-in. End of stay clean-out fees are £80 for studio, £100 for 1-bedroom and £120 for 2-bedroom apartments.
Cleaning: during the stay is not included, but can be arranged with the housekeeping staff for £30-£40 per clean, depending on apartment type.
