The British Museum, The National Gallery on Trafalgar Square, St. Paul’s Cathedral and River Thames are all within walking distance. The property is 3 minutes from Chancery Lane tube station and close to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Clerkenwell and the financial district.

The minimum stay for the 2 bedroom apartments is 3 weeks. During June, July and August it’s 30 nights. Shorter stays may be possible within 1-2 weeks of arrival. There is also a gym, bar and restaurant in the building, which operates independently. 5 x apartments have a sofa bed in the living area, suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. Extra towels, linen and housekeeping can be provided for an additional charge.

Terms & Conditions
Payments are by secure link online or bank transfer for extended stays corporate bookings subject to prior agreement. The full amount plus damage deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. Identity document (passport, driving license, etc.) and the card used to pay online must be provided at check-in for leisure bookings. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Maestro cards are accepted.
Cancellation policy:
7 – 29 nights – notice 7 days prior to arrival
30 – 89 nights – 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
90+ nights – 21 days’ notice prior to arrival
No shows will be charged for the full length of stay and is non-refundable. Special terms applies for group bookings, which will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Damage deposit: is £250 but refunded after departure if there is no breakage or damages in the apartment.
General: £250 is payable if smoking is detected in the apartment or within the building. The Smartphone provided is free for guest’s use. If lost, stolen or damaged the cost for replacement will be charged.
