Terms & Conditions
Payments are due by secure link online or bank transfer for extended corporate bookings, subject to prior agreement. Identity document (passport, driving license, etc.) and the card used to pay online must be provided at check-in for leisure bookings. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Maestro cards are accepted.
Cancellation policy:
7 – 29 nights – notice 7 days prior to arrival
30 – 89 nights – 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
90+ nights – 21 days’ notice prior to arrival
For group bookings: 8 weeks prior to arrival
No shows will be charged for the full length of stay and is non-refundable. Special terms applies for group bookings, which will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Security/Damage deposit: is £250 which will be released upon departure minus any damages or unpaid incidental charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. The provider reserves the right to make any additional charges which may not be covered by the security deposit.
General: £250 is payable if smoking is detected in the apartment or within the building. The Smartphone provided is free for guest’s use. If lost, stolen or damaged the cost for replacement will be charged.
