Damages: please note that guests are liable to pay for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 14-day period will be charged 2 week’s rental or the total amount due, whichever is the lower. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
Pet fee: £10 per night plus VAT. £500 deposit which will be refunded if there are no damages in the apartment.
