Terms & Conditions
Payment: the rent is charged at the time of booking or minimum 14 days prior to arrival. For long term stays, payment can be arranged on a monthly basis subject to special agreement.
Cancellation Policy: notice at least 14 days before the booked arrival day. Cancellations within the 14 day period will face a charge of 2 week’s rent or the total amount due, whichever is the lower.
Damages: the apartment must be kept in the same condition as it was on arrival. If anything gets broken or damaged the provider must be informed imminently.
