Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking by secure link online, unless otherwise agreed. For in-house guests who want to extend their stays (subject to availability), the rent is due before the next period.
Deposit: pre-authorization of £200 will be taken from a credit card upon arrival. This will be held against any potential damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear and/or unpaid incidental bills. On moving out, all keys must be returned. Minimum £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date.
Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights stay - 72 hours before arrival date
28-90 nights stay - 7 days before arrival date
91+ nights stay- 14 days before arrival date
For group bookings, special cancellation terms apply, depending on the season, number of guests and length of stay.
