Payment by secure online link is due at the time of booking. For medium to long term corporate stays payments can be made by bank transfer, subject to prior agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights stay - 7 days’ notice prior to arrival
28+ nights stay - 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
For group bookings, we will advice at the time of enquiry.
Deposit & Damages: guests are responsible to pay for breakage or damages caused during the stay. The provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired. The main guest who made the booking will be notified of any potential charges. Documents and photo evidence will be available.
