Payment by a secure online link is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For medium to long term lets, rent can be paid on a monthly basis. Proof of ID - copy of passport or driving licence is required for identification.
Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights - 7 days notice prior to arrival date
29-90 nights - 14 days notice prior to arrival date
Note: for stays over 90 nights, a different cancellation notice may apply which will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Damage deposit: is subject to length of stay which will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
