The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom serviced apartments with air-conditioning are in a building with 24/7 Reception and a private landscaped garden. There is also two 2-bedroom apartments which inter-connect providing a 4-bedroom apartment for 8 people. All are particularly spacious and many have balcony or terrace. The kitchens are well-equipped for self-catering and there is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Housekeeping is provided twice weekly with an additional refresh-clean. An extra bed can be provided on request for an additional fee, but is free for guests up to 16 years. Kensington High Street has a fabulous variety of shops, pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace & Gardens and Notting Hill are all in walking distance. A bus runs from the apartments directly to Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush, which is one of the largest in Europe with more than 250 shops, cafes and restaurants. Holland Park with the new Design Museum, a café and a beautiful Japanese garden is across the street. High Street Kensington tube station is within a 4-5-minute walk with just a few stops to Knightsbridge.

General Information: soap, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, tissue, coffee, tea and sugar are provided on arrival. The 4 bedroom apartment is inter-connecting 2 x 2 bedroom. Some apartments have wheelchair access, but please note there is a small step into the shower. An extra bed can be provided for £60 per night, but is free of charge for guests up to 16 years. A car parking space on request is £25 per day, £150 per week or £500 per month including VAT. Guide dogs are permitted, but pets are not allowed. Fees apply.

Terms & Conditions
Payment: the provider charge the rent by secure link online 14 days prior to arrival. For stays in June, July and August 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining is due 28 days prior to arrival. For medium to long-term corporate stays, payment can be done by bank transfer subject to agreement.
