The beautifully designed serviced apartments with air-conditioning have one, two, three or six bedrooms. They are located just opposite Hyde Park on Park Lane and ideal for people who need accommodation for 3 months or longer. There is 24/7 Reception and a Concierge who will assist to make every stay comfortable and successful. Many apartments have spectacular views of Hyde Park and some also a balcony. The living rooms are spacious with comfortable furniture and a dining area. The kitchens with dishwasher and washer/dryer come fully equipped for self-catering. Bedrooms have anti-allergy bedding and the bathrooms come with luxury toiletries. Housekeeping is provided twice weekly and ultra-fast Wi-Fi is complimentary. Secure underground car parking is on request for £50 per 24-hours. Oxford Street with Selfridges, Regents Street, Buckingham Palace, St. James’s Park, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square are all in walking distance.

Terms & Conditions
Credit card details are required to make a reservation and all cards are accepted. Payment can also be made by bank transfer. 4 weeks rent is due as deposit to secure an apartment and 3 months rent is due before arrival.
Deposit: 4 weeks rent is initially used to guarantee the reservation. It’s then held to cover any late charges and are refundable after departure minus outstanding charges – if any. It will be refunded circa 10 working days after departure in the same way it was paid. Once the deposit is received, a tenancy agreement is issued for the guest and provider’s signatures. A registration form is required at the time of check-in with name, address, passport copy and credit card details.

More than 1 month notice: 2 weeks charge
1 month or less notice: 8 weeks charge
Early departure: should you wish to vacate earlier than the agreed departure date you will be charged the full 3 months rental plus VAT and the tenancy agreement will be terminated.
