Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For medium to long-let corporate stays the rent can be paid by bank transfer. The provider reserves the right to obtain validation of any card details or verification of the ownership before accepting a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more prior to arrival the payment will be refunded. Notice made less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be due to up to 3 weeks rent.
