Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy: 7 days notice prior to date of arrival, but subject to length of the booking which will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Security deposit: £500-£1000 (to be returned on your departure, subject to any damages).
Pet charges: £400 cleaning fee and £500 refundable deposit if there is no breakage and/or damages.
