Damages: the apartments must be kept in the same condition as they were found on arrival. If anything gets broken or damaged, the provider should be informed imminently. Guests are liable to pay for all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 14-day period will be charged 2 week’s rental or the total amount due, whichever is the lower. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
