29-89 nights - 21 days notice prior to arrival
90+ nights - 30 days notice prior to arrival
Deposit: £450 - refundable if there are no damage or breakage in the apartment
Noise Nuisance/Disturbance: the provider has a non-party policy. Anyone causing disruptive or abusive behaviour to other residents or staff will be asked to vacate the apartment.
