The luxurious and exceptionally spacious air-conditioned studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments have 24-hour Reception, daytime Concierge and are in a quiet location, just off Piccadilly. Some have balcony and many impressive views of Green Park or London’s skyline. Most have contemporary interiors, but a few units have traditional classic design. Kitchens have Miele appliances and are fully equipped for self catering including Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The comfortable bedrooms have generous wardrobe & storage space with King size bed or a combination of King and twin. Standard studios have Queen beds. In addition to bathtub and showers, bathrooms have a bidet, heated towel rail, mood enhancing lighting, bathrobes and slippers, as well as shampoo, shower gel and body lotion on arrival. All apartments have a separate WC. High speed Wi-Fi Internet is free of charge and housekeeping is provided 5 days per week Monday to Friday. Car parking space can be booked for an additional charge, subject to availability. The location is just 2 minutes from Green Park, the Ritz Hotel, Wolseley restaurant, Royal Academy of Arts and Fortnum & Mason department store. The location is ideal for shopping in New Bond Street, Regents Street and Oxford Street, as well as enjoying all the fabulous eateries, pubs, cafes and restaurants in Mayfair. Note: rates vary depending on length of stay and time of year. During high season (June-September) and Christmas & New Year they will be considerable higher than published above. They include 20% VAT (tax) for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter. Please contact us for a quote. An extra bed can be provided in most apartments on request for £35 per night.

In June, July and August minimum stay for the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments is 2 weeks. Shorter bookings may be possible close to arrival date. The 2.5 bedroom apartment is on the 9th floor with a lift to the 8th and has fabulous “city view”.

Terms & Conditions

Credit card information is required to make a booking and the rent is charged 14 days prior to arrival. For non-refundable special rates payment is due at the time of booking. A license agreement may be required for stays 2 weeks or longer.

For 1 and 2 bedroom apartments the deposit is pre-authorized to the card only. For 3 and 4 bedroom apartments the payment is charged to the card on arrival. All deposits are refunded 72 hours after departure, if there are no damages to the apartment and charges for requested “extras” have been settled.

Cancellation Policy:
14 days’ notice before arrival – the full rent will be refunded
14 days or less prior to arrival – the rent is non-refundable
Special discounted rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable

Additional Charges:
Not included in the rent: extra bed £35 per night + VAT, telephone calls, additional change of linen and towels and extra services ordered by the guests. The charges are deducted from the Security Deposit unless otherwise agreed with the Management
