They have open plan living rooms with a double sofa bed and a separate sleeping area with a UK king size bed. The total area is therefore the same as most one bedroom apartments. The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, so it’s perfect for self-catering. There is also a washing machine with dryer. Wi-Fi Internet is free of charge and housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis. The location is ideal for shopping on Oxford Street and Regents Street and lively entertainment in Covent Garden. It’s also home to the world famous Ronny Scott’s Jazz Club. Piccadilly Circus and many tourist attractions are within a close walk. Mayfair, Marylebone, Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury are the nearest neighbourhoods. Soho has a great variety of supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs, clubs and superb restaurants to suit every taste.

Apartments 3B & 4B have quiet bedrooms as they are facing the back of the building. Apartments 3A & 4A are facing the street and therefore not recommended for people who are noise sensitive.

Payments are made by secure online link. 25% is charged at the time of booking and the remaining plus security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival
Security deposit: £200. This is refunded within 1 week after check-out, if there is no loss or damage to the apartment. The apartments are non-smoking. Pets and parties are not allowed. Keys not returned will be charged £100 plus 20% VAT and deducted from the deposit
Cancellation policy:
56 days before arrival - refund booking deposit less £50 admin fee
29-55 days before arrival - refund 50% of total cost
15-28 days before arrival - refund 25% of total cost
1-14 days before arrival - refund 10% of total cost
