Cancellation, No Show & Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights: 7 days prior to arrival and once in-house
29-89 nights: 14 days prior to arrival  and once in-house
90+ 28 days prior to arrival and once in-house

The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Failure to respect this, will incur minimum £300 plus 20% VAT charge. Pets & parties are not allowed

Deposit & Damages: deposit is not required, but guests are responsible to pay for any damages and breakage caused during their stay. The main guest and/or company who made the booking will be notified of potential charges. Documents and photographic evidence will be available.
