Weekly housekeeping and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the price. Pets are welcome by prior agreement. Holborn is the legal district in London and home to many law firms and the Royal Court of Justice. The area offers a great variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Covent Garden the main theatre and entertainment district with the Royal Opera House, the English National Opera (ENO) and 13 theatres is within a short walk. Oxford Street and Regent Street in the West End are also nearby. The property is just 6-7 minutes’ walk from Holborn tube station and “around the corner” from the British Museum in Bloomsbury.

Terms & Conditions
Payment by secure online link is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For medium to long corporate stays, payment can be made by invoice and bank transfer.
Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights charge
29+ nights: 3 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights charge
Security Deposit: £250 including 20% VAT (UK tax) which is fully refundable after departure if there are no breakage or damages in the apartment.
Pet fees: non-refundable charges.
7-28 nights stay: £150 one off fee excluding VAT
29+ nights stay: £35 per week excluding VAT
