Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For medium to long-term corporate housing, invoices can be issued for bank transfer by prior agreement.
Cancellation policy:
7 to 28 nights – 7 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
29 to 89 nights – 14 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
90 nights of more – 28 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
Security/Damage deposit: £500 may be charged.
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Failure to respect this, will incur minimum £300 plus 20% VAT charge. Parties are not allowed.
