Cancellation, No Show & Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights: 7 days prior to arrival and once in-house
29-89 nights: 14 days prior to arrival and once in-house
90+ 28 days prior to arrival and once in-house
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Failure to respect this, will incur minimum £300 plus 20% VAT charge. Pets & parties are not allowed
Deposit & Damages: deposit is not required, but guests are responsible to pay for any damages and breakage caused during their stay. The provider reserves the right to charge for lost income whilst the property is being repaired. The main guest and/or company who made the booking will be notified of potential charges. Documents and photographic evidence will be available.
