The rates are exclusive of 20% VAT (tax) for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter.
All the apartments have a double sofa bed in the living room.
Terms & Conditions
To secure an apartment the provider requires credit card details. The deposit is charged at the time of booking and the rent on the day of arrival.
Cancellations made at any time until 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 25 % of the total.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days before arrival will be charged 50 % of the total.
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will be charged the total cost of the stay.
In the event of an early departure or no show, guests will be charged for the total price of the reservation.
Booking Deposit: is 25 % of the total rent. For arrivals in less than 7 days (from the moment the booking is made) the provider requires payment of the total amount for the reservation.
Please note that the provider may take authorisation of £500 on the card for the event of damage in the apartment. This amount is not charged but blocked from the credit card and released automatically within 5 working days.
For medium to long term bookings, different cancellation policy may apply. We will inform you at the time of inquiry.
