Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Security deposit: £350 for studios and £500 for other apartment types. The amount will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, if outstanding bills (if any) have been settled and there are no damages or breakages in the apartment.
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice prior to arrival date is required. The rent will be refunded minus £100 plus VAT administration fee. No refund is given for early departure.
