These self-contained modern 2 bedroom apartments have a sofa bed in the living room and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. An extra bed can also be provided on request for an additional charge. The main bedroom has UK king size bed and there is a single bed in the second bedroom. Both rooms have a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with dining table, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Each apartment has a shower room with hair dryer. Internet access is free of charge and housekeeping is provided weekly. The area offer a fabulous variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars cafes and restaurants. Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus tube stations are within a few minutes walk. Carnaby Street, 13 theatres in Covent Garden’s “Theatreland” and Piccadilly Circus are all close by. Mayfair, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Holborn and Bloomsbury are within a short stroll. The nearest airport is London City Airport.

Payments are made by a secure link online. 25% is charged at the time of booking and the remaining rent plus the security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit: is £500 which is refunded within 1 week after check-out, if there is no breakage or damages.
Cancellation policy:
56 days before arrival - refund booking deposit less £50 admin fee
29-55 days before arrival - refund 50% of total cost
15-28 days before arrival - refund 25% of total cost
1-14 days before arrival - refund 10% of total cost

The apartments are non-smoking. Pets and parties are not allowed. Keys not returned will be charged £100 plus 20% VAT and deducted from the deposit
