7-27 nights stay - 7 days’ notice required to avoid a penalty of 7 nights.
28+ nights stay - 14 days’ notice required to avoid a penalty of 14 nights.
Deposit & Damages: deposit is not required, but guests are responsible to pay for any damages caused during their stay. The provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired. The main guest will be notified of damages and potential charges. Documents and photographic evidence will be available.
