Cancellation, No Show & Early Departure Policy:
7-89 nights: 7 days prior to arrival to avoid 7 nights fee
90-179 nights: 14 days prior to arrival to avoid 14 nights fee
180-269 nights: 21 days prior to arrival to avoid 21 nights fee
270-365 nights: 30 days notice to avoid 30 nights fee
The cancellation policy may differ subject to availability of apartments and type of booking.

The deposit is charged to guest’s credit card upon arrival and is refunded if there is no breakage or damages in the apartment and payments for any requested extras are paid in full.
