The property is pet friendly. £250 deposit is required which is refundable if there are no damages in the apartment, plus £150 deep clean fee at the end of the stay.

Cancellation, No Show & Early Departure Policy:
7-13 nights: 48 hrs prior to arrival date (to avoid 1 night penalty fee)
14-29 nights: 5 days prior to arrival date (to avoid 5 nights penalty fee)
30-179 nights: 7 days prior to arrival date (to avoid 7 nights penalty fee)
180+ nights: 14 days prior to arrival date (to avoid 14 nights penalty fee)
Security Damage Deposit:
7-29 nights: £250 including VAT
30-179 nights: 7 nights rent including VAT
180+ nights: 14 nights rent including VAT
The deposit will be charged to guest’s credit card upon arrival and refunded in full, if there are no breakage/damages in the apartment or payments arrears occurred during the stay
Pet fees:
7-28 night stay: £150 including VAT - one-off fee
29+ night stay: £35 excluding VAT per week
