Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For medium to long-term corporate housing, invoices can be issued for bank transfer by prior agreement.
Deposit: a pre-authorization of £200 will be taken from the a debit or credit card upon arrival. This will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidentals. Upon check-out, all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date
Cancellation Policy:
7-27 nights stays - 72 hours notice prior to arrival
28-90 nights stays - 7 days notice prior to arrival
91 nights+ stays - 14 days notice prior to arrival
