Terms & Conditions
Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For medium to long-term corporate housing, invoices can be issued for bank transfer by prior agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights stay - 48 notice prior to arrival or 3 nights is charged
28-83 nights - 7 days notice prior to arrival or 7 nights is charged
84 nights+ - 7 days notice prior to arrival or 14 nights is charged
Note: group bookings are subject to different cancellation procedure and terms and conditions. No-shows are subject to the above cancellation terms. Any extension of the stay is subject to availability of the required apartment. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
Early departure: rates are quoted based on the length of stay, therefore any early departure may be subject to rate change as well as cancellation charges.
