Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or in house to avoid 7 nights charge
29+ nights: 3 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date or in house to avoid 14 nights charge
Security Deposit: £250 including 20% VAT (UK tax). The deposit amount is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card and is fully refundable after departure if there are no breakage or damages in the apartment.
Pet fees: £50 one-off non-refundable fee per pet including VAT.
