Terms & Conditions
Credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment. 25% of the rent is charged at the time of booking and the remaining plus security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival
Security deposit: is £200 for the 1-bedroom apartments and £400 for the 2-bedroom apartments. The amount will be refunded within a week after check-out, if there is no loss, breakage or damages.
The apartments are non-smoking. Pets and parties are not allowed. Keys which is not returned will be charged £100 plus 20% VAT and deducted from the deposit

56 days before arrival - refund booking deposit less £50 admin fee
29-55 days before arrival - refund 50% of total cost
15-28 days before arrival - refund 25% of total cost
1-14 days before arrival - refund 10% of total cost
