Terms & Conditions

Payment: credit or debit card details are required and £250 deposit is charged to secure an apartment. The guest who is paying, will need to complete a Payment Form, to agree that his/her card is charged. The remaining rent is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made 14 days or less before arrival, the rent is due at the time of booking. The apartment is confirmed when the deposit has been received. The provider reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received. For any reservation remaining unpaid, the initial payment will be retained in full as a cancellation fee.

Deposit: The £250 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure, if there is no damage or breakage in the apartment and/or outstanding bills e.g. telephone charges. However, guests should be aware that they are responsible to pay for all damages, not limited to the deposit. They are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy. If extra clean is nessesary it will be taken from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. The same apply for in-house guests.

Note: Check-in is after 3pm and check-out before 11am.  The provider reserves the right to make additional charges, if guests have not vacated the apartment by 11am. Check-in is by electronic codes, but keys can also be collected at the provider’s off between 9.30am to 5.30pm. On departure keys are to be left clearly visible in the apartment and the door firmly shut.

All apartments offered are individual and vary in style, size, layout and outlook. No pets are allowed and the apartments are strictly non-smoking. If smoking is detected, there will be an dditional £150.00 charge to pay for extra cleaning. Guests’ are required to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Dealing with nuisane behavior may result of additional charges. The apartment must not be used for any illegal or immoral purpose. Lost Property will be kept for a max. 3 months after departure.

Lost keys: in the event of keys being misplaced or left inside the apartment the provider will charge £50 plus VAT lockout fee. Lost keys will be subject to £100 + VAT charge for a replacement lock to be fitted.
