A bus runs from the building directly to Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush, which is one of the largest in Europe with more than 250 shops, cafes and restaurants. Holland Park with the new Design Museum, a café and a beautiful Japanese garden within 1 minute walk. High Street Kensington tube station is 4-5-minute away.

Terms & Conditions
Payment: the provider charge the rent by secure link online 14 days prior to arrival. For stays in June, July and August 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining is due 28 days prior to arrival. For medium to long-term corporate stays, payment can be done by bank transfer subject to agreement.
3% service charge is discretionary and payable on departure.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. 15 May - 31 August and 15 December - 2nd January it is 45 days.
Note. Guide dogs are permitted (fees apply), but pets are not allowed.
