Terms & Conditions

Payment: the provider charge the rent by secure link online 14 days prior to arrival. For stays in June, July and August 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining is due 28 days prior to arrival. For medium to long-term corporate stays, payment can be done by bank transfer subject to agreement.

3% service charge is discretionary and payable on departure.

Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. 15 May - 31 August and 15 December - 2nd January it is 45 days.
